Start from your real loan: import your bank's repayment schedule
CrediSim can read the PDF repayment schedule your bank gave you and start the simulation from your real balance, remaining term and rate.

If you already have a loan, you no longer have to type your numbers from scratch. In every CrediSim calculator you can choose the repayment schedule your bank gave you, as a PDF, and the simulation starts from your real situation.
What it does
Press Choose PDF in the “Start from your real loan” section. CrediSim reads from the schedule:
- the balance left before the next installment;
- the number of payments remaining;
- the interest rate;
- the next due date, the bank's installment and the currency, when the document states them.
It then shows what it found in a dialog, so you can check it before anything changes. Each figure says where it came from: Read from your document, Calculated from your payments or Please verify. Only once you confirm do the values reach the calculator, and the early repayment section opens, ready to use.
The file stays with you
The schedule is read entirely in your browser. It is not uploaded to any server and does not reach any outside service, and nothing from it appears in analytics or error reports.
What it cannot do yet
A schedule printed in whole units, with no cents, in an unusual layout can be misread. In that case you see warnings and a low confidence level rather than a figure presented as certain. That is why you should always check the values in the confirmation dialog.
Try it in the calculator
Put your own numbers into the “Mortgage” calculator and see what it costs you or what you would save.
