By using CrediSim, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Description of Service
CrediSim is a free, informational loan and mortgage simulation tool. It calculates estimated monthly payments, total interest, amortization schedules, and the impact of early repayment based on the numbers you enter. It does not connect to any bank, does not submit loan applications, and does not broker loans. If you choose, you can start from a repayment schedule (PDF) you already have from your bank: CrediSim reads that file in your browser and uses it only to fill in the calculator, and the file never leaves your device.
Not Financial or Legal Advice
CrediSim does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Results are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as a recommendation to take out a loan, choose a particular rate, or make any financial decision. Always confirm figures with a licensed lender or financial advisor before making a decision.
Accuracy of Estimates
Results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and standard amortization formulas. They may differ from a bank's final offer, which can include fees, insurance, taxes, and other costs not modeled here. CrediSim makes no guarantee that any figure shown will match what a lender ultimately offers. When you import a repayment schedule, CrediSim's reading of the document is an automated best effort and can be wrong or incomplete — always check the values it shows against your bank's own document before relying on them.

CrediSim and its operator are not liable for any decision made, or loss incurred, based on the use of this tool. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of CrediSim after a change means you accept the updated terms.
